Working with the team in place, or taking on the temporary leadership of the Team in Place, Avicon Partners will triage activities and initiate work in those areas that will bring the maximum benefit to the business in the short-term while developing longer-term changes that will alter the way basic business processes are managed and utilized.

Avicon Partners leverages the fact that it is better to lead than to manage. We provide leadership that compliments existing managers thus inculcating changes into the organization. In extreme cases we will provide interim leadership until new managers can be located and hired. We will also assist in the process of hiring new leaders and assuring that the new leaders will fit into the culture of the existing organization while bringing the needed leadership skills to their new position.
